Nature’s Kiss Anti-Flamme Arnica Crème contains Arnica oil and Calendula oil, which have been traditionally used to help soothe minor joint and muscle strains and bruising.

Directions: Apply liberally to the affected area and massage into the skin. Use as needed. For external use only.
